I have spent my life under the shadow of cystic fibrosis - when I was eight years old my best friend at the time succummed to the disease. Ever since then I have dedicated myself to improving my health through fitness and nutrition. Doctors have told me I am the healthiest person with CF they have ever seen. Unfortunately, my health has taken a turn for the worse this year.

An aggressive virus has attacked my lungs, a part of the body cystic fibrosis makes very vulnerable. As I have the disease I am inelligeble for medical insurance.

It’s been very hard for me to ask for this help - but I feel that I can give something back. For most of my life no one believed I had the disease - I have been very athletic, gained over thirty pounds of muscle, and hit the gym with the best of them. Most people with cystic fibrosis can’t say the same. The disease can be very debilitating. I intend to use this site to share the decades of personal research I have done to stay healthy.

Please donate to this cause. Share this information with your friends and family. Cystic Fibrosis strikes thousands of people a year.
